Dr. Emad Rahim is the Kotouc Family Endowed Professor, Chair, and Director of Project Management Programs at Bellevue University. A Fulbright Scholar, TEDx Speaker, and co-author of the PMBOK® Guide, 8th Edition, he brings more than 15 years of project management experience across diverse industries and organizations. Dr. Rahim holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Sustainability, a Doctor of Management (DM), and two master's degrees in business, along with postdoctoral studies at Harvard University, Tulane University, and the University of Maryland.
Recognized for his contributions to higher education and industry, Dr. Rahim has received numerous honors, including an honorary doctorate, the Community Impact Award, and the Distinguished Alumni Award from the American Association of Community Colleges. He holds multiple professional certifications, including PMP, A-CSM, CSP-SM, APMC, OMCP, CM, and CMgt, and is widely recognized for his leadership in project management education, research, and practice.
